01What are industrial IoT development services?
They cover the software, firmware, protocol integration and platform work required to connect industrial machines and gateways to business systems.
02Do you only sell hardware?
No. Melqart configures, programs and integrates open hardware so it becomes a working machine-to-IT system.
03Can you work with an existing gateway fleet?
Yes. Melqart can assess existing Owasys or Linux gateways, then add data pipelines, remote management and update workflows.
04Can you develop an LTE gateway for our product?
We develop the gateway software, not the hardware. The basis is Owasys gateways with LTE cellular connectivity running embedded Linux, on which we program your application: machine data collection over protocols such as Modbus, OPC-UA and MQTT, local rules and buffering, integration with cloud, ERP or CMMS, and firmware updates over the air. You own the source code and configuration. Custom hardware or PCB design is not part of this offer.
