Our Story
Melqart Systems was founded by a team of industrial automation experts and open-source advocates who saw the need for a better approach to Industrial Telematics. After years of working with proprietary systems that locked customers into expensive ecosystems, we knew there had to be a better way.
In 2024, we started building what would become the Melqart Edge Platform, an open-source, modular IoT platform designed specifically for industrial equipment. Our goal was simple: give companies the tools to connect, monitor, and optimize their equipment without sacrificing data sovereignty or flexibility.
