Consulting.

Feasibility assessment and solution definition.

What you get
01.1

Feasibility for a telemetry project.

An assessment of whether the project merits investment. We apply our public ROI worksheet to your operating data, with conservative and optimistic ranges. When the case does not hold, we state that clearly.

01.2

Solution design.

End-to-end system design: architecture, protocols, hardware selection, IT/OT bridge specification, and data sovereignty plan. The deliverable is a design document you retain, whether or not we build it.

01.3

Optimisation of an existing deployment.

For fleets and machines that already have telemetry but are not seeing results. We audit the stack, identify what is failing, and recommend which components to retain and which to replace.

Development.

Implementation: open Linux gateways, integrated into your operations and your IT.

What you get
02.1

Embedded software development on Owasys gateways.

Preconfigured Linux images, telemetry agents, OTA pipelines, and signal mapping. Source code is delivered into your git repository under your operating model.

02.2

Legacy integration.

Bridging existing machines, equipment, and sensors into your IT systems. Brownfield work for environments where replacing hardware is not realistic.

02.3

Operational telemetry views.

Grafana, custom interfaces, alerting, and role-based views for operations and management. Hosted in your cloud, your data centre, or a tenancy you control.

Together, they form a complete telemetry path from sensor to operational views.

The handover commitment

You retain full ownership.

At the end of any engagement, Consulting or Implementation, you retain the source code, schematics and architecture documentation, data, production access, runbooks, and the right to operate the system independently.
